Best I've heard of at recovery *in general* is DriveSavers[0],  
although I've never had to use 'em myself.  They seem to take  
personal pride in meeting difficult challenges (like good sysadmins :^)

I just took a quick tour through their website and see that they do  
offer RAID recovery nowadays.
