open source vs. proprietary discussion.
     * Ethan Galstad, the father of Nagios, will lead the ops collaboration 
discussion.
     * Eric Allman, Chief Technical Officer of Sendmail Inc., will lead the 
discussion on troubleshooting messaging systems.
     * Richard Whitehead, Chief Techincal Officer of Clarus Systems, will 
lead the discussion for troubleshooting VoIP.
