... except TWiki is already set up and running, modulo the Basic-Auth part. 
It's a flat file now, and board-only access.  We just need to extend that, 
as part of finally having a real membership database.  With passwords and 
online payments and renewal reminders.

After that, sure, TWiki could become something else, or could be joined by 
several other things meeting slightly different needs.  Infrastructure, 
infrastructure, infrastructure!
