Have you checked out bacula? It seems to support bsd for server, and windows as clients http://www.bacula.com http://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula Also, you said you were going to back up to an AIT autoloader. Given disk prices today, you may want to consider backing up to disk, and then archiving to tape later. Neil Katin
