Recommendations for lowend dedicated server/colo shops

What's wrong with a locked rack in a locked closet with a DSL circuit
and a UPS?

Worked for a decade or so (minus DSL) just fine; still does. DSL just
makes it cheaper.

Worried about security? Add an alarm system and a webcam or two.

Put it right on the customer's premises. If they need 24x365 Internet
access, you can always pull additional DSL lines from competing
providers. You'll still be saving them a few thousand a month; make sure
they know that.

YMMV.
