Network installation in San Jose?

Asking for a friend... replies to me personally, will summarize.

There's a dentist's office in San Jose that desperately needs to
have Cat5 run through it. Anyone have a reference for a solid professional
outfit that can do it? Ideally, it'd be a network-savvy professional
electrician.
