Deirdre from Joyent sent me a note on this upcoming event that may be
of interest to many of you.

The events will be live streamed, so if you can't make it to SF, you
should be able to get some of the effect and benefit of this event.

what’s new and what’s coming.

2nd Annual Solaris Family Reunion: Monday, Oct 1st, evening
ZFS Day: Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012
illumos / ZFS Hackathon: This was a big success at last year’s Open
Storage Summit, and this year will be held Wednesday, Oct 3rd, at
Joyent’s offices.
