The is a call for presenters or ideas for presentations for the Sort But Cool meeting next Thursday. These are informal talks of 5 to 20 minutes in length. If you have something you would like to talk about please speak up. If there is a topic you would like to hear about suggest it. Maybe someone knows about it and can give a talk. Last year I lead a discussion I called "Is Swap Evil?". People talked about the issues of running a system with minimal or no swap.

So far we have:
The Open Source Systems Management Tool Ecology by Robert Harker
What is patentable by Hari Kunamneni
Cool things to do with your Linkedin account by Linkedin (tentative)

And if time permits:
Different Architectures in Cloud Computing by Robert Harker

Both of my talks are short 5-10 minutes. I am going to try an Ignite format: 5 minutes and a new slide every 15 seconds for a total of 20 slides. Should be interesting. You don't have to do this.

So please speak up with your ideas
