Survey participation from the 451 Group on Virtualization

I checked it out, it's a very short survey..maybe 5 minutes of time.  I 
think it will be helpful in forming a picture to the virtualization 
companies as to how system administrators are using virtualization if at 
all.  BayLISA members will get access to the report once it is published.
