I've gone to BayLISA presentations for the last 11 years or so, on and off
(mostly off lately).  In my experience, and the experience of some of the
people I work with, they've suffered from the "I want to sound
smart/funny/insightful so I'm going to make a comment in the form of a
question RIGHT NOW rather than waiting" syndrome for approximately 11 of
these last 11 years.
