Less worthless DSL providers?

I just moved, and as seems to be typical, every time I move, my DSL 
provider proves incompetence, and I seek a new
vendor. At this point Speakeasy, Covad, and now DSLExtreme are no longer 
vendors I will give business to.

Excluding those three companies, which DSL providers are people finding 
at least tolerable lately?
