Someone was seeking a Japanese-speaking sysadmin?

At last week's BayLISA meeting, somebody mentioned an opportunity for 
a Japanese-speaking sysadmin, but I don't recall who was talking 
about it.  Whoever it was, can you please let me know?  I have 
someone who might be a candidate, and I want to put them in touch 
with you.
