yeah, we've actually talked to these guys. the offer is legit, except
you have to pay a deposit for the actual cost of the course. just so
happens that the deposit is the full amount for the class. once the
class is finished, you get your money back from the government fund.

you have to qualify to participate, but that was pretty lax I believe ;)
