Good Sun VAR?

Good evening,

It seems like every few years I need to fund a new Sun VAR because the staff
or policies have changed at the one I've been happy with for awhile and it's
that time again.

Can anyone recommend a good Sun VAR - someone who's professional, ships on
time, doesn't do high pressure sales, knows their product line, understands
that not all projects will get funded, and will be around six months from
now?
