The contract would be to do a discovery of the customer's network environment and to upgrade a load balancer. The LB is F5 Networks Big-IP 1600 series, but an old version. It needs to be upgraded to the latest version. After the upgrade, the engineer needs to configure the LB to load-balance SailPoint Identity IQ servers in both PreProduction and Production environments.
