Requirements:
* Requires BS in CS or equivalent experience in related field
* 8+ years of UNIX/Linux administration
* Experience with hardware support for SPARC/Tseries/x86 systems
* Hand on experience of Enterprise Storage Management on NetApp storage
device, SAN/NAS/direct attached
* Experience supporting Database systems (Oracle)
* Solid working knowledge of industry best security practices, protocols
and tools such as: SSL, RADIUS, system hardening, security policy
enforcement, etc
* Knowledge and hands on experience with VMware
* Strong understanding and experience with various web applications such as
Apache, Tomcat and some Oracle Application Server
* Strong scripting skills
* Experience managing applications on various platforms-Windows/Linux/Unix
* Strong experience with DNS, Sendmail/Postfix, ssh, etc.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor all of infrastructure to help identify issues via real time
alerting or trending.
* Take ownership of a piece of infrastructure and help plan and implement
necessary improvements.
* Work with internal teams to help identify and resolve any issues.
* Build new servers and deploy hardware to company data centers.
* Manage VMware instances and infrastructure.
* Manage centralized disk storage.
* Securely deploy new code to systems ensuring high availability of the
company services.
* Manage systems and application patches.
* Work with company security officer to ensure that the various systems and
applications are up to date and meet SOX and/or PCI standards.
* Automate/streamline processes where and when possible.
