Board Meeting Location
 

The Board meets at 7:30pm on the first Thursday of each month. The meeting usually runs about 1 or 2 hours. It is open to all BayLISA members. Contact BayLISA Wheels for location information as the location changes depending on the number of attendees, and member convenience .

People attending should be interested in helping us manage, and improve the organization.

This includes financial, incorporation, and logistical issues. You know, those things you do at work everyday and did not want to deal with away from work. If you like the idea of helping out in this fashion -- being the sysadmin's sysadmin -- then we encourage you to join the BayLISA Wheels list as well as attend board meetings as you can.

The meeting agenda typically consists of the following:

  • President's and Treasurer's reports
  • Discussion of upcoming speakers and arrangements for future presentations
  • Technical matters regarding the BayLISA host machine
  • Logistics for any special events coming up
  • Checking on status of past action items
